We're barely shown on tv,so when there is a show with a black lead and/or a majority black cast on primetime tv black people will flock in droves to watch...no matter the quality of said show.

Blacks are heavily overrepresented whereas cacs and other groups are underrepresented. It's just that there are far more other groups than anything else so all primetime shows will naturally have a non-black majority almost irregardless of content. However the Scandal over- and under-representation implies that black females have far more of an interest than any other group. The bed wench fantasy follows the numbers. Nice try, through.

god my moms guilty of this bullshyt. acting like a god dam school girl getting all giddy to watch fukking scandal and that other stupid ass show revenge. i actually sat down to see what is so good about these shows and they are all trash.

maybe ...i mean MAYBE the black viewers that used to watch scandal DONT WATCH sandal anymore because it fell off and we have new black shows that take the black viewers. its not fuking rocket science, scandal is on its 4 season


nikkas need to stop lying to themselves. its little to no black positive shows on network tv and most nikkas especially ladies love shows that reinforce negative stereotypes of people of color and plague the airwaves, if its entertaining them just like most(cacs). the problem that we don't have positive selections that get support and pushed to the airwaves like the negative ones.
