i remember when ppl use to shyt on Tyler Perry now look all these overwhelming negative black narrative that's being broadcasting on tv
I DONT WANT NONE OF THOSE nikkaS but it's their bread and butterI'd take Tyler Perry over Lee Daniels any day. At least Tyler Perry tries to have movies that portray black people in a positive light. Lee Daniels only uses the black community as a whipping boy (don't ask how) for his own psychological issues.

Fail! That was a nice try for you, though. It is very well possible for an entire show's audience to be black (or for the majority to be black). Example: 61% of Empire's audience is black. That means that the majority of the people who watch Empire are black.
However, as we see, the majority of the people who watch Scandal are NOT black. NOR does that statistic infer that the majority of black people watch Scandal. Also, they didn't even break the demographics of the audience down by gender. Again, nice try.
Empire's audience is majority black but that doesn't mean what I said is untrue of most all shows. Most shows have majority non-African American audience almost regardless of content.
One does not need an exact demographic breakdown to make inferences based on relevant available data. Most likely Empire's audience is only more black than Scandal's because more black men tune into Scandal, and not for any other reason. Only black female wenches watch Scandal and as a group the black female group is overrepresented. No other group is, including women of all other groups like cacs. Thus the numbers and conclusions follows the bed wench theory.
If you want to get technical (because I can), you need a lot more than this to make statistical inferences about the show's' populations. Think what you want though. I don't give a damn since I know I'm right. Good night sir

This....technology has rendered Nielsen irrelevant. I personally could care less though I haven't seen a single ep of either of these shows.Nielsen ratings don't tell the whole story.
