I can tell you as a former union construction laborer that a lot of our shyt, especially in older Midwest and east coast cities Is :trash:

We’d be digging up water mains and natural gas mains that had 1915 stamped on them :flabbynsick:

I got a chance to work under Chicago’s bridges, sewer systems. shyt is literally crumbling, salt and rust is cancer to it.

Illinois is finally getting on track tho, Our governor just raised the gas tax so improvements are on the horizon:manny:

Engineers putting out a report that suggest a bigger investment in their industry? :ohhh:
Shocking:lolbron:

It's like when I go to my mechanic and ask is something wrong with my car:russ:

I'm sure a lot could be improved but D's suggest they're all about to fail:pachaha:

Wool has been placed over the American people’s eyes.

We are still a lot better than developing countries that can only drink and cook with bottled water because of shyt like parasites.

I’m grateful :yeshrug::manny:

It doesn't cost no 4.5 trillion :rudy:
That's just the inflated figure for the contractors.
