We’d be digging up water mains and natural gas mains that had 1915 stamped on them

I got a chance to work under Chicago’s bridges, sewer systems. shyt is literally crumbling, salt and rust is cancer to it.

Illinois is finally getting on track tho, Our governor just raised the gas tax so improvements are on the horizon

Facts here especially. I live in ohio, often travel to pa and all our cities in this area just seem past their prime. shyt still looks like the 70s out here. which is why they always film period and noir movies in the midwest.
