Yeah I been going back and listening to both albums this today and it’s close but man OB4L is truly lighting in a bottle :wow:

True!

It's really one of those albums that comes along once in a lifetime.

I still say it's the best Wu-related album of all-time. All those classics they have in the catalogue, but nothing touches The Purple Tape.

Both perfect, add Liquid Swords and Return to the 36 to that level of perfection.

With that said... I'll be the sole ENTER THE WU-TANG voter in here. That album is just very special to me, Liquid Swords is the only Wu album I might rate higher.

Bring da fukking ruckus

Cuban Linx is my favorite album of all time. 95 was peak Wu. Everything came together perfectly for that album. I prolly played it everyday that summer
:wow:

Bro, I turned down a trip to Six Flags as a kid, to go home and listen to my OB4CL CD, after I just bought it.

My whole day was planned around copping the album and just going home to zone out to that sh*t. LOL!! That's how badly I couldn't wait to sit with it and just listen straight through. I remember that day like it was yesterday.

Me and my boy walked to the store and copped it the day it dropped right when the store opened. We spent the whole day playing NBA Live and bumping that album over and over. I don’t even think we ate

My day with the album was pretty much the exact same!

But I got an order of Chinese and just chilled with the album. HAHA!

Facts

One of the many things I love about Cuban Linx is that after every time I listen to it, I hear something new from it. It’s like watching The Godfather. You notice a new detail or layer to it after every listen.

That album really captures a moment in time so perfectly. There’s not a single flaw on it.
