I'm sorry but nothing about EB screams he'll be a good head coach. His personality isn't gonna cut it in 2024 as a head coach and his play calling ain't on some Mcvay level or some shyt to offset that.

That's true that my point contradicts itself. However, how many unqualified coaches have gotten a chance or 2 and not jump through the same hoops for a shot. I think it must be his people's skill because no way being a part of a high powered offense makes you go through the hoops he did.

He got nobody to blame but himself. You don't leave a winning superbowl team unless its for a HC job. Maybe KC throws him a. bone to bring him back but it would be a lessor position than what he had there before. If he was going to go to a college program he should have went to an hbcu to be a HC if he wanted to prove himself. Or even could have called coach prime and piggybacked off that programs success to up his stock.

When it was leaked in training camp last year with Washington that players wasn't rocking with his practices and Terry Mclaurin of all players spoke out basically confirming it....It was a rap for his prospects as a coach, losing your guys that early at the most critical part of the season says a lot...The reckless playcalling damn sure didn't help either smh..

I give him somewhat of pass for UCLA he wasn't working with much in a odd situation...

Breh just needs to go back to the Chiefs and refind his role if thats possible...

Them nikkas weren't good enough to have an opinion nikkas prolly needed that shyt and werent tryna hear it. Entire org was a shyt show so no one is exempt. Thats why it didnt make sense for him to go.

I agree he needs to try to go back to KC if possible. Some guys just fit as coordinators in certain situations (see: Spagnola (I tried) and Norv Turner and literally every Pats asst coach)
