Them nikkas weren't good enough to have an opinion nikkas prolly needed that shyt and werent tryna hear it. Entire org was a shyt show so no one is exempt. Thats why it didnt make sense for him to go.

Biennemu don’t have the minerals for head coaching in the NFL and maybe even college.

The real crime for me is the white coaches who equally are like Biennemy and undeserving of opportunities but get them.

There is a reason why he isn't getting a shot and has been booted out of his last two jobs with poor results; it's probably his style.

He can have all the schemes and ideas in the world, but at the end of the day players and staff have to like you or respect you....

seems like he gets neither, which means he will never hold down a coaching job long term.

We all thought LeSean McCoy was hating, but maybe he was right. The Commanders players seemed to hate him with a passion too. That should be a wake up call to stop trying to coach like this is 1950 and start figuring out why nobody wants to play for you.

Black coaches HAVE to be player friendly....even if they are geniuses at scheme/strategy. Whites ain't following a tough breh....and a lot of Black players are the same way. They'll run through a wall for Pasty Pasterson but get an attitude when a breh tells em to run one more gasser.
