1) it's irrelevant if she became more high profile after thisIn my opinion she wasn't even on like Pam Oliver or Suzy Kolber level pre-tape. The tape came out and people then began to search for it/her. Wasn't nobody besides that stalker really thinking about her before that. She clearly made a come up off being the victim of that situation. I just think you flat out wrong that people were checking for her like that. She's not even that pretty. Most people know her from the tape being made or funny enough being the "victim" of Richard Sherman's famous interview. This shyt clearly put a rocket on her back.

I'm not an Erin Andrews fan, but she deserved some type of pay out. I worked at the Hilton in college and that is something they teach you day one, never give out the room number. Doesn't matter if its family, offer to transfer the call and let the person staying there let them know where they are at. If they not ok with it, well tough break on them. Never know what people are looking to do whether they are related or not. I'm pretty sure there has been some murders that have happened that way.

They do but the insurance will sue that company before ever paying out the settlement claiming that acted on complete negligence and they might not even have a policy that high in general. 55mil with the28 mil. They might have to file.
