Not exactly, ol' dude was pretty devious, how could a hotel employee know what he was up to.
After confirming that Andrews had booked a room at the Nashville Marriott, Barrett requested one right next to the former ESPN reporter, he said.
But when he showed up, a hotel employee told him that the room he had requested was unavailable and they were going to put him in a different area, Barrett testified.
While waiting for his room, Barrett said he went to the hotel restaurant, where he found a house phone that displays room numbers and called the operator.
“Can I have Erin Andrews’ room?” he recalled asking.
“They connected me,” Barrett continued. “On the house phone it shows a room number, so I knew what room she was in.”
Barrett went to the 10th-floor room and saw that a maid was cleaning the one next door, so he requested to stay there.
“So I went back to the front desk and told them about the room,” he explained. “They went back and verified for me that it was ready, and they checked me into that room.”
He knew he’d been put next to Andrews, because he could “hear her talking on the phone” on his way in, he said. Their rooms were in an alcove, hidden from view by anyone standing in the hallway, Barrett said.

Well, she's not that high profile, but you don't want Joe Bob Joe able to do that to anyone. There are crazy people out there, ex-girlfriends, coli militants, etc.

Crazy how she can get on the stand and go through every sad emotion like her level of career and living didn't shoot through the roof after the tape surfaced, what 8 years ago.
I'm not an attorney but I would definitely point to the arch in her career and tie it to the tape while giving multiple examples of how going nude in today's society is a benefit to some women. She's a perfect example of this, it can't be argued. She should struck a deal with the hotel.
You'd think after being victimized in a sexual way the last place you'd wanna go is in a male dominated feild. Where most women that those dudes come in contact with are looked at as sexual object.

If it's not my money I don't care. What happened to her is terrible and disgusting. I am not sure if she will get 75 mil or it's the hotel's fault but good luck to her. All I know is the guy should be in jail forever.
