Hadn't read it yet but you right.

LeBron
Jordan
Kareem
AI
Magic

That should be the top 5 in any order you choose.
I think Shaq gotta be in the top 5 ahead of Kareem. I agree with the rest of the list though.

And no Shaq in that top 5? :what:

I would remove LeBron and replace Shaq.

Larry Bird should be in top 5 if you gonna put Magic. You can't have Magic without Bird or Bird without Magic.

In my opinion strictly on their impact on basketball
How they helped shape the league
and how they changed the way the game is played

1.) Mj
2.) Russell
3.) Dr.J
4.) Magic
5.) Bird
6.) Wilt
7.) AI
8.) Lebron
9.) Curry
10.) Dirk

Magic had a lot more influence. From his business accolades, to the way his HIV announcement raised awareness of HIV and AIDS I'd say Magic has way more of an affect. Bird I think should be somewhere in top 10 though.

Yeah, I agree with you on that but it seems you only focus on his "off the court" with his personal life but ESPN said "On and Off the Court". Magic was the first "Big Buy" Point Guard and his brilliant skills on the court.

That ESPN's list is terrible.

AI and Shaq should be way above LeBron and Curry. Curry is not in top 10, LeBron is not in top 5 and not even top 10. Lebron is not the 2nd most influential player ever :laff:

Big men weren't shooting 3s regularly, look at the league now. Embiid, Porz, Even a college big man like Ayton all shooting 3s. And players all around the league are doing his 1 leg fadeaway.
