I'm not going to go back n forth with you about my love for boxing...I know what it is, doesn't matter what u think. But if u READ what I'm saying you'd clearly see I'm a little learned about the sport(I'll leave it at that)...I think the funny thing is you DONT think ESPN had anything to do with this being big...what plays in most public venues all day everyday(airports, barbershops, offices of all types, hell even in my chicks nail salon)ESPN does. The average housewife who could care less about boxing knew about this fight simply because of the amount of TV coverage givin' on a whole. Yea, lots of people knew about the fight...but the constant advertising made people who wouldn't normally CARE about the fight. Fights happen all year long...this fight had nearly every houshold on earth viewing in some format...that is OVER marketing for a fight...GOOD FOR MONEY MAY, but BAD FOR BOXING...but fukk it u Cus D Amato reincarnated so I'll let u have it

Please don't be that guy that bets on the underdog at that price. Bet Mayweather via TKO or decision to negate some of the juice or don't bet at all breh. Your money, but I'm just saying. Yeah, a fight of Mayweather's money and fame is happening way too soon. Its like a rapper dropping a dope follow-up album after 6 months of his classic debut, just doesn't have enough hype. These type of fights define eras, and there sure ain't enough momentum to this fight at all.

Struggle fight being it's a Floyd fight, and is supposed to be his "last" fight. Will it even do Deflategate numbers? Hard to top or equal that Manny fight obviously but this still reeks of struggle.

Yeah but as a consumer and a fan of Boxing in general I'm just annoyed by this fight on principle. Berto is a scrub and Mayweather could beat any of the names I mentioned for 49. Usually I use these PPV fight nights as an excuse to ditch wifey & hangout with friends and get drunk and its such a wack fight I can't even justify using it as an excuse to hangout and get drunk cause even my girl knows Berto is a scrub.

No fighter in the history of the sport takes on the best available fighter all the time. Just a point. Ali fought greats. So did SRL and SRR, but they fought scrubs as well. Berto is no scrub either. Just a scrub compared to FMJ. As was Maidana, and everyone else that people have complained about.
