Regardless of what dude said (and most of it is true)
It's should be illegal to record someone during a private conversation without their consent.
But apparently that shyt varies from state to state...and it is perfectly legal to secretly record if you were part of the convo in certain states like Texas, or NY
But if this convo happened in Cali or Florida this dude would have an easy lawsuit.
But really it should be illegal everywhere. This cac just torpidoed this brother's career and for what?
The dude was just voicing his personal opinion....nothing too wild or inflammatory and his career is now over.
