If he was a different race, he couldve been shot....and if im seeing the reports right...the guy of the house is a p*ssy for not shooting him. This is why u should own a gun. If u have a family, u NEED a gun. If u come downstairs and some guy is in your house on your couch u should shoot him. I suppose there is a case where u come down, and the guys asleep, and u dont see him as a threat and u just call the cops and thats it. I could have this all wrong, but all i saw was that he broke into someones house and they called the cops because they didnt know who he was and he couldnt answer any questions.
