I think assuming because Rex Ryan could not does not mean all NFL coaches can't. Ryan is unique as its obvious that hed do media.

Ryan is not unique at all though.

Even Keyshawn couldn’t even double dip after ESPN laid him off and had to give up bread and get their approval before he had to go to FS1.

The only person that seems to have been unique is Jimbo Fisher and that was because Texas A&M was dumb enough to not put that language in his contract.
