But ya'll the same dudes who talk about getting a concealed carry license and staying strapped at all times cuz you never know what can happen... why is your constant fear valid but her constant fear isn't?? :camby:
WTF makes you think carrying a gun is directly related to fear? :camby:

Isn't it funny that women fear normal situations with men, but fight tooth and nail for the right to feel comfortable in dangerous situations?

"I'm terrified of being on an elevator with a man"

"I should have nothing to worry about if I am pissy blacked out drunk in a room full of strange men"

Damn yall mad af in this thread. :laff:

I don't think there is anything a guy can do in this situation make me more comfortable, but it's weird that you guys can't see why the average woman would be uncomfortable in this scenario.

I think Jemele is a miserable P.O.S, that being said she’s a sexual assault victim so it’s whatever.
Nah son that assault victim stuff don’t work here. She was assaulted by a family friend not a random in an elevator. Secondly what kinda spots she hanging in where she think a dude taking them chances? I’m not up on everything but how many dudes are sexually assaulting women on elevators for this to be a thing? Lastly you’d think unless you’re somewhere sketchy you wouldn’t think someone is likely to do that in the first place. When she was at espn she thought SAS or someone was about to harm her? That’s why stuff don’t really make sense to me.

Do you also empathize with whites who feel the same about you? When a white person sees you and clutches their purse or chirps their car alarm an extra time just to make sure, do you see why they're "uncomfortable"?
