A lot of dudes are just thirsty or all around strange and demented.

And some dudes don’t understand what personal space is. If you’re a smaller broad especially, you need to have your guard up at all times.

fool I been married almost 10 years. If that's what you heard you need to check your reading comprehension homie. Swear some of yall have never had a conversation with an adult before. I teach middle and high school kids that can actually formulate responses better than 'well you must be trying to get a girl' :hhh:
Just reading your posts, i dont think that you're qualified to be a teacher. I certainly wouldn't want you being placed in any kind of authority over my kids with your anti intellectual bytchmade mentality. Id say that my kids are smarter and more courageous than you because they arent on some "just go along to get along" shyt. Black men should not be encouraged to walk around on egg shells to appease other people's potential irrational fears. That's not the type of men that we need out here in the community.

The part that sticks with me here, is how full of shyt yall are. This isnt about women's safety or any of that. This is about power and women tryna flex it. Yall are only cosigning because this is women telling men what to do. Had this exact same standard been framed in the opposite way with men telling women that they should always allow men to access and enter an elevator first as a way to appease any potential male uneasiness, none of you would cosign that.

Random man- "With this metoo shyt, some men are uneasy being alone with women so if/when a man and a woman are alone in an elevator the woman needs to allow the man to press his button first. In the event that they get off on the same floor, women need to fall back and let the men get off first".

Women wouldn't go for this if it was framed like ^^^that. Women think that tailoring their behavior to make men more comfortable is oppression. It was just a couple years ago when erykah badu caught a lot of backlash for saying that underaged schoolgirls were dressing too provocatively and should dress more conservative to not attract unwanted attention and to not distract male students/teachers. All of these fake feminists and black liberals went in on her for the mere suggestion that girls tailor their behavior to both protect themselves make males more comfortable.

I was at the beach and I had white women avoid an elevator I was in on two different days and it made me mad a little. You can’t say stuff like what’s being said in that twitter feed and turn around and be mad at
jennifer-schulte-5.jpg

It’s the same fukking thing smh.

Off-topic: Every time I see that pic, I'm like "that is one ugly bytch".

What's happening to these chicks? American women seem to be devolving.

@Json why does she do these things. Because she is scared. Why is she scared? Because men's harassment of her have colored how she perceives men's actions in general - even non threatening ones. That's the entire point of this conversation.
So do you support racial, sexual and religious profiling and stereotyping based on your own negative personal experiences?

I definitely do. But I thought that’s what all these so called progressive types were mad at that comedian Jess Hilarious for a few weeks ago. It’s just funny how they can be sympathetic to it when their own fears or anxieties are involved.

Where It’s Not Safe
I suppose I could see why she feels that way since she's had past abuse. So I see the paranoia. It's human nature.

I'm from the hood so I have eyes in the back of my head. I'm always on point even in "good" areas.

If I see a cop, I make myself scarce. Im not even doing anything illegal perse but due to my past run ins with cops and the way they act in general in the media I avoid them if I can. Only talk to cops if I really have to.

On the other hand, as a man, I honestly don't give a fukk:DenzelWhatever:

That sounds like a her problem. I got nothing to do with that. When I get on elevators, I'm unapologetically me and I press the button when I want to and I leave when I want to. If that makes u uncomfortable, I don't care , bc it's not my problem and idc about ur problems. Take the steps then bytch:Denzelcrackinup:

Why should I check my reading comprehension because I disagree with you? Get over yourself. This is an Internet discussion board not Harvard. The whole you form better sentences tired trope means nothing on here. Maybe if you stop trying to be that dude even though you’re a teacher you’d be further in life my G. I’ve had many convos with adults so I don’t get the point of that but I guess when you don’t agree with a person you feel the need to get sassy. Ok then my dude

My man preaching.

However that will never ever change. Our struggle is ours alone. People always quick to tell us to share our feelings, but when we do its not like anyone wants to do shyt about them so whats the point.

I know as a 6'5 250lb black man i am a scary sight for most non-black people. I would love to live in a world where im not constantly adjusting my behavior to ensure that the cops arent called on me. And guess what, ive STILL had the cops called on me multiple times for basically nothing.

Our safety is not this society's concern breh. We gotta fend for ourselves and thats just the way it is

I'm 6 ft and 200lbs. Not massive like you but far from a small guy. No fukking way I'm adjusting my behavior for anyone and you shouldn't either. Especially if they going to call the cops anyway

I walk around everyplace like I own the joint. IDGAF who feels uncomfortable or scared. Guess what? I have not had many problems in life.

I really believe it's how you carry yourself. I believe cacs and other races can tell if somebody black is catering to them.

It's almost like a bully knowing who to fukk with and who to not.

I wish i could say the say the same. Ive had the cops called on me for getting to "loud" in a store, had the cops called on me because I matched a "description "...

And the worst one, which i have mentioned multiple times here, i had a cop pull a gun on me at work because I was the only one in the office late and he thought i was stealing shyt. If not fir the other 2 officers there telling him to calm the fukk down, i would be dead.

I would love to live in a world where being big and black.is something that has 0 effect on how i am treated. But my own history says i dont.

you should check your comprehension not because we disagree, but because you read my statements and somehow inferred that I was hoping to get a woman somehow by pressing a button first when that was in no way shape or form on my mind. You made incorrect assumptions about my intent instead of simply discussing the words I said. Don't try to take little shots and then get all emotional when you're proven wrong :gucci:

I feel you demograhics play a role too. I lived in Miami most my life snd most black people will fukk you up when you come with that Bs.

I lived in AZ 4 years and only had one incident in the store where a cac said he was calling the cops. I straight told him you'll be too busy picking up your teeth from the ground if you do. He doubled down with the quickness.

The way I see if you black you are a Target. If it's my time it's my time so be it. I ain't walking on eggshells for anybody. The more of us that fight back. The less problems we'll have. But most is us won't

Negro please. All you typed was some emotional nonsense that has nothing to do with nothing:mjlol:. What kind of fool do you have to be to talk about what kind of men the community needs immediately after making false claims backed by nothing and using terms like 'bytchmade' while claiming to be intellectual. And you claim a lack of intelligence because my conclusion is different than yours? Son you don't know what 'intellectual' means if your only qualification is the conclusion. The worst kind of fool is the fool who's fooled himself into thinking he's wise. Looking at you :scust:
