I remember when Ether first hit SOHH. Honestly, I was surprised. Wasn't expecting it, even though I think he was hinting at something hard on that Stillmatic freestyle. Lyrically it had some good lines, but the biggest thing was that Jay was Ja Rule status then*. I was disapointed in the beat. The other diss to Cormega and Nature seemed way more etherous at the time.
