If WWE was smart they'd turn this into a gimmick/angle/story-line. Have Del Rio come out called "The Kingpin", dressed like Al Pacino out of Scarface; smoking cigars talking about drugs with his hoes/sidekicks/bytches/accomplices Paige and Eva. Super heel stable that is better what those 3 are doing now, and then feuds with a top face and there is a great angle.
