I was definitely about to messing with a girl and thought being honest would help, told her I was ending my relationship. She got mad that I lied and kicked me out of her crib.

:mjlol:

Last time I ever told the truth.

Ironically the most truthful statement I've ever told women, none have never believed me.

"I've never cheated on any of my girlfriends."

If I'm rocking with you exclusively, I'm rocking with you. If I have the need to cheat, then I would just break up and move how I'm going to move.

Now selling these single mothers a dream that I'm looking for a relationship is something different:jawalrus:

THIS! Lying to me will piss me off/hurt more than the truth. Lying will automatically push me away
True but also if i got in on lies, the truth will hurt because im switching up on you. But if i had said the truth from the beginning, you would expect the truth and it wouldn't hurt as much. I think people lie to avoid confrontations. But these same lies lead to more lies. At some point the burden of lying becomes too much so you tell the truth and the other person feels blindsided. But it's not the truth that's to blame. It's all the lies that were said before.

All of this! My granny always said if you tell one lie you'll have to keep telling more lies to cover up the first lie, it's too exhausting. Women who want to be lied to generally already know the truth or want to be in complete denial and live in the fantasy they've made up. This ain't no fairytale and we're grown.
