tinnitus= ringing in the ears

I have that too, lost my hearing a couple years back at a club, I got drunk and got too close to a speaker.

So I have Tinnitus, Speech impediment, sickle cell thallesmia and I'm older and no career/wife.

I think about it all the time, to be real, I don't know why I haven't done it yet. I made so many life mistakes it's not even funny.

I did everything completely wrong in my 20's.

nah but really. Think of all the things you love in the world, that you haven't done yet.

Also, exercise. Buy a basketball, go out on a court, and hustle and sweat. Your brain is depressed because your muscles, organs, and other cells are depressed, or in other words, inactive. or your environment is out of order, so it's making you internally out of order. I'm unemployed right now and hate everything about it. Been on a search of my true self and hit some fukked up speed bumps...I am a man of God but sometimes it seems like he doesn't care for me. Then I remind myself I got my fam and friends, family especially. My mind has a tendency to warp every positive into an incredible negative, and puts a weird dyslexic spin on everything. Damn hope all yall keep striving and find something to live for one of my homies jumped off a parking garage and killed himself really messed a lot of people up he was a frat guy good grades had ladies had family you never would have known he was depressed. Its a disease to me and some people just cant get over it or get out of their own mindset that life isn't worth it. I tell you this it is brehs it really is find solace in a pet or family or just nature in general get out and walk go somewhere different idc where it is. Society has us all programmed to think of materialistic things that hold no value what matters is earth/relationships/sense of being you don't need a job or money to feel alive brehs.
