i don't think so. marriage is viewed highly different in europe than it is in america. it's not as common nor is it stressed as much. i mean, unless the girl you're seeing is trying to get citizenship, then it's possible she might want to get married quickly. but i've never felt like any of the women i would visit or that would visit me wanted to get married.

I don't want to get into a bash American women discussion because I love American women but what you said is true. But I know how to handle American women, to break their guard/shell and get them to behave normally/the way I want them to(like European women). What's great about European women is that you get to skip the training phase. Their guards are already down.

it's not that i'm bashing but i always feel like either i'm in a bargaining position when i'm dealing with an american woman (like things are being examined to see what everyone brings to the table before a relationship is considered) or it's some woman i wouldn't take seriously anyways because it's just a fling. i say that's with most of the american women i've dealt with, not all. with most of the european women i've dealt with, it's more like if they like you, then they like you. that's all. no need to cross-examine or consider any other factors until the future when those things become apparent.

frankly, there's just more prep work before the actual relationship occurs with american women. it's almost a case a prejudging a person before you actually spend enough time with them, which sucks the romance out of it and turns it into work from the start for me. it's a weird trend for me but that's usually how it goes...

Oh i'm not disagreeing. All i'm saying is that I don't mind breaking those guards(their expectations of what you should bring to the table, your swag, career, intellect etc.). I've found that most of the time those guards they put up don't hold any weight - there are always exceptions. They're like the guards we put up - she has to have big t*ts, big ass, independent etc. Which are mostly BS. A lot of times for example they just don't want to seem easy. We still live in a sort of puritan society unfortunately.

Basically everything being said here. I agree with you, what makes European women great is that you don't have to deal with this phase in the process.
