Bruh all I know is cops are walking up to the car and Im going to jail..I knew he was straight...so I was like "here look after my gun and my truck"

never in my wildest dreams would I have thought he was gonna put it in his pocket

:ahh: The truth. You knew he had less to lose if he got pinched so it was just a reflex to give it to him. You put the responsibility of stashing the weapon on him but that was Your job  The cop was probably so close he panicked and put it in his pocket like huh whuh, omg what do i do with this thing, im scared, i want my mommy, scuffed knee. He was in a bad situation. Reaching under a seat to hide a loaded weapon could be curtains for black males. Man, thank god that situation worked it self out.

I got pulled over for speeding in May of 2008 and I was headed to the club.

In the passeger seat was this dude from the neighborhood named "Detroit".

I knew I was going to jail, so I told dude to take care of my pistol and drive my truck back to my apartment.

Anyway My license came back suspended and I got asked to get out.

The officer asked him to get out as well and he got out with the pistol in his pocket...:snoop:

Now we BOTH going to jail....:laff:

In the holding cell dude was crying like he cant have no felonies...mind you he about 24 with no ged.....I bonded myself out...he had to sit 2 days for a concealed weapon charge for a gun that wasnt his......

:russ:

You foul for that my man.

The gun was under his seat...I grabbed it like "There is a gun here"...he grabbed it...now I assumed when I got out...he put it back....he didnt

Ok, I get it now. You originally said he knew it was there all along. However, you mentioned it as you were getting pulled over as a kinda FYI to him so he wouldn't be riding with it without knowing it was there. That makes sense. He probably panicked.

I didnt even think that....I just wanted dude to know there is a gun in the car since he had to drive it back....I didnt think he would get out the car with it....thats a reason to get shot

Why did you wait till you got pulled over to tell ya man's there is a loaded gun in the vehicle? As a responsible gun owner that is something you should always do. I'm seeing you had a prior DUI so there goes being responsible.

You mean to tell me you didn't know your license was suspended? :what:

Why didn't you tell your man's there was a possibility of this?

You low-key set that dude up and you on the internet calling him a square? :whoo: I see you from Florida. That explains a lot. :scusthov:

In florida...you have to have a license to have a gun on your person....he didnt, but still got out with it in his pocket...thats a charge

He almost got shot...when she patted him down...she reached for her pistol

Oh. But still, why didn't you just tell the cop you had a gun in the car? You didn't need to alert homeboy of the gun. If Florida is that thorogh , they gone search the car anyways, right?

Why do you need to tell him take care of my gun and truck? Unless you want him to conceal it from the police?

Maybe he was thinking the same as you, that hes going to go free, why search him, he's done nothing. Hence why he kept the gun on him.

He's dumb for riding with you, period. Not cause he panicked when the police came. Cause obviously you panicked to a degree also, now seeing it was a better way to handle it.

im riding wit my bro to the club
i knwo he gotta burner wit license so worst case scenario im might have to drive his whip home
boyz pull us over. bro take care of it i know im goin to jail
imma put it under the seat
police tell me to get out.

even if they find the gun. its registered in his name
no need to hop out wit it thats dumb
nothing from that tells me to hop out with a gun on the police
we both know he gotta license he might go to jail

why the fukk would i bring the burner out?

it turned into an offense once the gun was in his posession
certai acts are crimes regardless of how you look at it

Why not tell the police you have a gun in the car off tops?

Why not say , just be cool I got a loaded hand gun under the seat it's legal don't worry about it?

If its your brother why aren't you driving instead of him?:what:

I'm not saving homeboy or nothing. But to act like doc holiday did everything in his power to make sure every thing went smooth is bs.

Yep I knew my license was suspended....

All that you said has nothing to do with a grown man confronting an officer with another man's gun....thats the point of the story....i wouldnt have...why did he??

On some real T/S....you a selfish ass nikka & a real nikka would've dealt with you for that  :whoa: My brother did 3 years cuz "his boy" forgot to mention what was in his car. In Delaware, if you in a whip with a burner, that's an automatic 5 years for everybody. Everybody. Now if a nikka chooses to get in your car knowing was good, thats on him but, to just be riding around not telling people you got "5 years" in your glove compartment, that's some fukk nikka shyt.
