My neck has been fukked since 2014 it has stopped me going to the gym and since then I stated getting back problems because I’m less active and sit a lot and sometimes with bad posture and honestly led to some serious depression.

Not disputing the benefits, just arguing :flabbynsick: coli nikkas have more important things to be doing the gym, like not being fat fukks, not skipping legs, not being unable to bench 300+, etc. :ufdup:
