RUSD is hands down the best posthumous album in the genre. It flowed, was cohesive, the beats/hooks worked with the lyrics and it felt like it had been sequenced by 2Pac himself. I actually enjoyed the vast majority of the remixes on there over the OGs too, although "Enemies With Me" is still one of the worst remixes released by Amaru though.

I had such high expectations for the rest of the 2Pac posthumous releases after they pulled this off so well. Gotta wonder how they messed up pretty much every single release that followed with their wack features and pop hooks/beats.

that shyt was and is not better then all eyez on me imo.

My guess is by trying to stay relevant with the times instead of staying true to what Pac did.

Yeah, I've always said trying to make 2Pac sound contemporary post-2000 was their biggest mistake. Followed by them messing with his vocals, changing entire melodies of songs, replacing choruses and original guest artists, removing and censoring parts of his songs, manipulating his legacy, always taking the cheap route, involving people that never worked with 2Pac, and last but not least, not listening to the fans.

AEOM has lots of filler..most of it is filler with unmemorable bland rushed tracks with weak lyrics and basic production..it was all hype really..it had a few strong cuts but to act as if it's a great album is stupid..

Couldn't say it any better. You hit just about every point.

What tracks would you consider filler?

The majority of the second disc of AEOM is trash. :francis:

Whatz Ya Phone # is easily one of the worst rap songs I've ever heard.

"Can’t C Me", "Shorty Wanna Be A Thug", "Holla At Me", "Wonda Why They Call U A bytch", "Thug Passion", Picture Me Rollin'", "Check Out Time", Ratha Be Ya nikka", "All Eyez On Me Run Tha Streetz" and "Ain’t Hard 2 Find" are trash?
