Naw leopards actively hunt gorillas.
Gorillas have skin similar to humans in that wounds split open, instead of self closing to reduce blood loss.
Higher primates are easy work for predators...

Movies like King kong etc. have made people think they are crazy crazy massive. But the avg gorilla is like 6 foot tall

There is no head to head. Gorillas are terrified of leopards.

I thought in terms of weight and muscle.
I don't imagine gorillas being tall like polar bears.

I've heard this, but it appears there are very few anecdotes of it actually happening to fully healthy adult silverbacks. I don't even think they cross paths like that..... I can see them hunting young gorillas are sick ones... and even then it's probably an ambush or some stealth shyt, . but a healthy adult would be too much risk vs reward imo.
