Love
bruh i live in a 1 bedroom apartment that cost $1,900 in queens:mjcry:. i could afford it dnt get me wrong but i feel like im paying more money for less:stopitslime:
Did i mention i have a deck outside my kitchen door? AND my backyard is bigg enough for me to drive from the front of the house into the backyard, do doughnuts ain the grass and drive back out?

Dont get me wrong i understand the the allure and glamour of living in NYC. But te few times ive gone to NYC is usually for work. I take the opportunity to visit family and friends but all i see is people living on top of each-other.
Thing i love in my living space is SPACE. I hate clutter and I hate small spaces. I 'd rather throw away furniture and other things than sacrifice space. That's just me :manny:
Thus why NY would never work for me. Plus it's too cold for me, anyway

How is it over there?:feedme:i would appreciate it

I love it here, been in Durham and Raleigh since 99. Laid back life, usually mild winters. Lifestyle wise great cost of living, I pay 700 for 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Cary, NC (6th safest city in America and I live on the Cary/Raleigh borderline). I will tell anybody this tho. Raleigh is not NYC, ATL, LA etc. It's a college town so it does have a night life but if you are somebody who has to be at the club or if partying all the time is important you will be traveling to Charlotte, ATL, Greensboro on a weekly basis.
