Nah, he got a great gig.
He's got a great gig for a player of his talent that isn't overly ambitious. Klay probably doesn't care about that stuff but that doesn't mean Kyrie is wrong for feeling how he feels. Klay wasn't the #1 draft pick and dubbed the franchise player with a big contract before a supernova showed up and snatched that from you lol.
He shouldn't be painted as selfish/foolish when he's shown for 3 straight years he can play second fiddle and prioritize winning. He got his ring at the age of 25 and was by all accounts a good teammate. Time to go get his and establish himself as an individual talent capable of being the best player on a team. The ring stuff is already taken care of, which is rare for someone at 24.
Yes Curry and KD get the majority of the praise for GSW's success, but Dray, Klay and even Iggy get huge amounts. They are seen as a team while Cleveland as seen as the LeBron show. It's ALWAYS pointed out how pathetic Cleveland looks without him and the story is all about HIS legacy. Why would he not want to try and prove that wrong?
Being a teammate to LeBron is different than any other player in the league because he's dubbed "the one". Scotties Pippen said he loved it when MJ went to go play baseball because he saw it as his chance to show what he can do being the man.
