yes, if he/she feels the album is classic for his/herself...the same way there are cult classics (things deemed classic by only a certain group/few), there are personal classics...

classic status involves the things you just dismissed......for something to be called classic means the majority of the public's opinions about something based off their personal preference/enjoyment, happens to be the same...which is cool...now, when that opinion is different from the majority, doesnt mean it's wrong, it just means it's different....but that doesnt mean someone has to change how they feel/think about something....the only reason people do is cause they want to be included/apart of the group....

Then the word loses all meaning and shouldn't even be used

The textbook definition of classic implies something that is judged and recognized by the masses

There are personal things and then there are standards/rubrics. Now there isn't one standard of beauty so you'rd e right. But there are standards that dudes genuinely go by and would only diverge from when someone is just super bad in a unique way. Like if you think a chick needs some sort of ass to be a dime but then you see Rihanna and you're like...fukk that..look at her.
