Classic doesn't mean perfect and it doesn't mean no skippable tracks.

Classic = quality X impact X time. Basically great albums that are "markers" in the genre.

I agree with joe when he says cult classics. I think sometimes classic can be broken down into categories. Some albums are all around classics. Some are underground classics. Some are regional classics. Some are classic within a subgenre. Etc.

I think people confuse personal classic, with an actual classic.

I know I do.

I tend to only care if I think it's a classic, and my criteria can be really strict.

Complex really needs cut the Friday. It's ridiculous that they own Collider who pushes daily content with less views than Everyday Struggle but they won't give it a Friday show.
