I can't stand people like that. Those are the same type of people that try their hardest to put everybody onto a new underground artist, then when people start liking that artist, they're like "Oh y'all ain't real fans though." People do the same shyt with sports teams.
So what if people just start getting into Prince? I think that's a good thing actually. I mean I never got with Prince's music growing up, but at least now the younger generation is getting to know it now.
Every time a celebrity/musician dies now, it's turns into a "Who knew the most about them and repped them everyday" contest on social media. Cut all that selfish shyt and just let it all be. At the end of the day they were just people who made music. Life goes on.
