Doesn't matter if they are 25 to 52, I've literally dated everything in between and every shade and it all ends in someone flaking out.

It's your location and social circle. I'm not saying you're wrong, it just depends on the tax bracket you hang around. There's plenty of 30 somethings who are broke and nothing to show for it looking for a free ride.
