and beyond the CIA shyt this dawned on me ... all those missing kids
like no more room on the board to tack more, and the drop in serial killers
kids weren't just disappearing and shyt for no reason... same reason nobody ever got assassinated for nothing
alot of people that deserve to die simply dont.
At first I thought maybe its fake kids and they use it to garnish money and charity

From what I've read the children are mostly used for
1) Weird Behavioral Control experiments e.g. mind control where their minds are split into multiple personalities (via severe physical and sexual abuse) that don't know of each other that are then programmed to carry out various tasks after being activated by certain cues .e.g snap of finger with these tasks including assassinations, prostituting, spying, e.g. As life goes on the person's memory becomes scrambled and hazy and all the memories of their abuse that come back can be brushed off as "false memories."
