You're right but crime positively correlates with poverty. That's the difference maker. The people themselves make the hood good.

honestly i agree.....besides getting into fights all the time i had my best experiences in the hood esp in the summer.....i love how every on the block would know each other....and come together......

the sad thing about the hood is is filled with most working class people, and only a small percentage commit non violent crimes and a even small % commit violent crimes....its only really hand full of nikkas killing out of hundreds of thousands....but cacs are terrified....
