That's what I was thinking 😅 live a good life, no matter the length. There's enough old bitter people out there who still haven't learned their lessons.

I plan to live longer than Bill Russell, and I’ll still be running :wow:
As long as you stay fit you’ll be fine and be able to enjoy it more due to have less health complications instead of being a living carcass waiting to die

I picked biking up last year after a long ass break. Best thing I've done. It gets me active, helps clear my head, and gives me a bunch of energy.

Every time I try to hit the gym a new strain or fukking epidemic starts up again. I need to get back to that soon.

is there a new strain of COVID?

I’m sincerely asking cuz I haven’t been keeping up with it but I’m seeing more ppl wear masks than I’ve seen in a while…I figured maybe they were worried about monkey pox

I feel there's a new Omicron strain everyday. I think we're at BA.5 right now. It spreads easier than any of the previous ones, and can get around immunity from covid or the vaccine.

This is the important part. Exercise is increasing becoming a luxury along with homeownership and a college educated. When I had 2 jobs and was working 60+ hrs a week, I struggled to schedule meal times let alone exercise sessions. Hustle culture doesn't account for a healthy lifestyle.

Aint shyt luxurious or expensive bout getting yo ass down on the floor and doing pushups, crunches and or going outside and jogging for 30-45 minutes.:comeon:

Health is wealth. My dad suffered a cardiac arrest 7 years ago, eating bullshyt and because he stopped hitting the gym. Pops got him a nice jaguar, jeep and a 5 bedroom house in Miramar, FL and was close to losing it all off poor health decisions. That made me even more determined to age like a breh like Shannon Sharpe. :yeshrug:

I really don't get how some dudes think, you should be hustling 24/7 AND exercising regularly, there's no excuses other than laziness as you literally on thecoli RIGHT NOW. That exercise you do will actually give you MORE energy, mental clarity to fully conquer them hustles and allievate the stress that comes with them hustles you managing.
The shyt should be common sense but in this world common sense aint common.:unimpressed:

True. My mom still goes for a 45min walk EVERY morning. Even when she isn’t feeling well. Rain or shine.

:salute: Was supposed to run 6.21 mile this morning but my upper back/right chest hurting :beli: like bad probably didn’t hep that yesterday I still lifted and did my push ups at home with it bothering me
I guess I’ll use the bike today :beli:

Just take a few days off to rest…it’ll probably go away
