Trye We're all going to die one day, I'm 31, if your lucky you get what 60-90 years

I view life a bit differently than most.

I personally wouldn't mind dying young if it meant living an ideal life. I just turned 30 and I would have totally traded places in life with 2pac/Biggie or Junior Seau. Most people live life going to work everyday doing some shyt they hate and live for the weekends and random moments here and there. If you told me I could do what I love for a living, make millions (yeah I know 2pac died broke but he still lived lavish), not work a regular job but in turn I died early.....I'd take that everyday.

That said, my kids are free to live the life they deem will make them the most happy.

Coli done turned full blown pus*y :scust:

Soon we gon have figure skating appreciation threads.

You let your son play what the fukk he wants to play. Just cause youre tall dont mean hes NBA bound. There are only 450 of them in the world.
Good money can be made playing on Turkey, Greece, Italy, Germany, Spain, Brazil, China.

Brief shot at glory and recognition before carrying on with the mind numbing despair of everyday life

Again, you're making catty comments like a woman...about a sport.

There are plenty of elderly ex-players who are doing fine.

Not everybody ends up fukked up like some of those guys on the 86 Bears.

I feel like there's a insecurity about toughness...because we know how NBA players like to act hard and talk about being soft....but you're playing basketball....aint nobody gonna hit you. And when you see them try and fight...it's comical. A bunch of lanky weak dudes fighting like women talking about being hard, then flopping like a bytch.

OK, shyt on football if it makes you feel more secure.:ld:

We've never seen a baseball or basketball player die in a motel room after being strangled by a gay lover

It's not. But until ur son is playing at 18-19 no kid is going to give him a concussion

Bullshyt. I've seen it with my own eyes. Luckily in that instance the coach recognized it. Most of these youth football coaches are Monday morning quarterbacks who don't know the first thing about player safety and didn't play the sport past middle school. They get more excited about head to head collisions than the kids. Cats spend all day slacking off at work just salvating over practice that night where they will have kids running a Bull In The Ring drill till they pass out.

The drill that's especially stupid is the one where two players lie on there back head to head, one player has the ball, and then they blow the whistle and the players get up and ram into each other. That situation never arrives in the actual game so I see no purpose to that drill whatsoever.

Same nikkas in here pulling they kids off the field cause of the "danger", got yard bird on the grill this weekend even though the FDA recently said 70% of chicken got cancer causing arsenic in it. Y'all went to high school for 4 years and the most you've seen happen to a player is a broken bone, but now you're wearing this faux outrage badge with honor. FOH....let the shorty play until he doesn't want to anymore.

So children are less susceptible to brain damage than adult males

They aren't, have u seen the concussion stats? About half are due to collisions due to the force of a large man hitting you. Not happening as a kid, the rest are falls when your head hits the ground which can happen in any sport.
