Four years ago when I turned 18, I had not problem showing up on the day of the elections to vote. I had no problems voting in the primaries this year.

So why are people getting so uppity about voting early in this election?

It's the 2012 Vote or die campaign all over again.

For the last to 2 weeks my pops has been bugging about voting.

Also, in case something comes up on election day, you will have already voted and won't be in a bind.

Early vote helps people who vote on Election Day. The long lines are now for early voting. Election Day is quiet at many polling places.

I consign research but why wait so late? If candidates are still changing positions at this point, be careful. Either straight lies or

Ahh well, call me crazy but I kinda like the whole voter experience (even the lines)
