1. More women will continue to get BBLs, lipo, etc due to it becoming more affordable.

3. Botox, lip injections and other facial cosmetic surgeries will continue being #1

I'd throw in there, hairline surgery will be the king of the 2020s once more men become secure enough and realize women AIN'T playing fair at all when it comes to increasing their looks, we gonna go to Hair Jordan and get these hairlines fixed
