This question is for people who are Browns fans or have watched almost every Browns game. What were Stefanski's biggest issues as a head coach and a play caller? Because from the outside looking in you either hear, he won coach of the year twice or it's the Browns.They suck regardless. Some examples of a bad coach could be not listening to assistants input enough or staying with the same scheme for too long.Just anything you can think of that makes Stefanski a bad coach.

And the defense played good all year so you cant use that excuse. Especially considering the defenses worst games came under Sanders as well and potentially cost them the bills and titans games that the browns should have won under shaduer. Stefanski's play calling also cost them those games which is why he was forced to give up play calling for the 2nd straight year. 2x coach of the year getting stripped of play calling duties 2x. The shaduer hate is weird. You downplay his wins even though he beat the steelers, Bengals and raiders. Dillon gabriel only beat the sorry dolphins during their lowest point in their season. And in that game Dillon attempted 18 passes and only had 116 yards and no touchdowns. Defense had a pick 6 and judkins had a break out rushing game and ran for 3 tds. Judkins was their best rusher and got hurt and out for the year right after shaduer took over as starter. So shaduers wins are more impressive cause of the injuries the browns had.

Since his last COTY season (where they went 11-6 and lost in the Wild Card), the Cleveland Browns went 3-14 and 5-12. He had two winning seasons out of 6 seasons. TWO were over .500.
