I mean I workout pretty heavy and take BJJ and Karate and I know there's some serious improvements my body could make but I'll be damned if I get a tummy tuck or lipo in DR or a 50% coupon surgery overseas.

I know a few people that I've had those discussions with as well. Somehow, going to a foreign country for discounted cosmetic surgery is the default option over just working out a little and eating right for a few months.
Like there a re some people that are so far gone in terms of weight where, I can see where doing a band or something makes sense.
But people out here 10 pounds over weight researching lipo
