I have a personal theory that these doctors outside the US be dentist, chiropractors, masseuse and shyt, but they do plastic surgery on the weekends all because they wanna eat off the plastic surgery/women's insecurity lane.
If you ever watched the show Botched you'll see how many women put themselves in danger just for some silicone injections. I remember one woman saying she was under anesthesia for like 15 hours and almost died, fukking doctor was taking lunch breaks and shyt while she was in a coma.
