They did not die of dehydration, especially not a dogSo they was out there a little before 8 am to a little bit after 12 noon and they died?
I've only been hiking a couple times brehs so I need someone to explain this to me. I get being exhausted, tired or whatever.
But dying in less than 5 hours I do not understand.

They were in the Sierra wilderness...People don't die from heat and dehydration in 5 hours unless there was some strenuous activity involved.
Yes. Yes, they do. Why do you think heat index warnings are issued? People die from hyperpyrexia and strokes all the time. Have you not seen the stories of football players dying during practice? These folks were hiking in the middle of the desert, in triple digit temperatures, for 5 hours. With no water. But, no, you're probably right and they stepped on a decommissioned landmine and the authorities are just covering it up.Yes. Yes, they do. Why do you think heat index warnings are issued? But the cherry on top is, even if the people died, that dog wouldn't! That dog would've led them to water from its nose alone.
