I swear if we resign this man and give him big money...puts up great stats and people nationwide go goo-goo gah gah, and then always comes up small in big games. He is who he is at this point.
I'd call him more than a game manager. Who do you suggest they go after who will be just as good or better?
He really isn't. As we saw today, he's not going to be the guy who rallies the team or sparks a flame when everyone is struggling. He's the definition of a game manager. He just has the privilege of having some amazing offensive weapons and a pretty solid O-Line.

If you throw a lot of easy passes and have players who can get high YAC that will inflate those numbers.

I said earlier in the year that Crowder has the skills to be Jackson's replacement. If he left I wouldn't be devastated.
Most of the local DC media LOVES kirk and thinks the owner and GM should back up the brinks truck to his house. Even Portis was drinking the kool-aid. The redskins have a scouting staff and they can find value at the QB position, Colt is actually better than Kirk as well...

It's hard for me to get a real pulse of the city because I'm in Dallas. But I was listening to 980 and Portis and of course Kevin Shenhanan who is Kirk's biggest supporter other than Cooley was saying resign him for whatever he wants. Larry Michael and Sonny's old azz was saying the same thing but it's to be expected considering Synder owns the station.
