For those who didn't know, Minister Farrakhan and the NOI made their way up north to the NY/NJ area earlier this week. I actually had a chance to see and speak briefly with him when he came to talk to the kids at Central High School here in Newark. Throughout the week, he hit up Brooklyn, Queens, BX, Harlem, just to name a few. People like Afrika Bambaataa, Melle Mell, and Papoose were on hand to meet the minister.
