I actually "get" what the broads are saying.
Adele and others like her will pretend to be content with their image and promote body positivity. First chance they get, they'll drop all that weight usually with surgery.
If they kept it 100 the whole time and talked about the fat struggle and then lost weight the old fashioned way.....people would be like
. Adele was a big girl but not THAT big. She could have lost weight with a good personal chef and extra time in the gym. That's why she looks "off." You have to ease your body down the scale. Lift weights to work on body shape/strength etc and cardio for heart health and to create a good caloric deficit......she doesn't really look better, just smaller and that's because of the shortcut.
Not sure why more famous broads don't take that approach. Oprah struggled with weight for years and just kept it real. Helped her become a gotdamn billionaire.
