I went years without talking to a cop. So many years that I got a series of speeding tickets, paid them. Continued to live my life, moved years later then finally when I went to renew my drivers license they were like "you know your drivers license is suspended in 2 states right?" I didn't receive any calls or any letters and I never had any interactions with police for them to verbally tell me.

I see officers everyday. Don't mean I talk to them or interact with them.

Every state have different classifications in NY it’s disorderly conduct.. the definition is there.. it’s the most basic shyt cops can use to lock you up.:. If breh wanted too he could have done just that..

Cop ain’t guilty of shyt the couple started with the greasy ass talk first and with the cursing.. uncalled for

This isn’t NY. If the cop told the couple to stop and they didn’t, then it’d be disorderly conduct. But that’s not what happened in this situation.

The cops job is to maintain peace & order - they have a responsibility to serve the community. The cop kept the conflict going by returning insults and escalating the situation instead of trying to resolve it. In all honesty it’s within that couples rights to say whatever they want.

That’s good for you. Unfortunately that’s not everyone’s experience especially those who live in over-policed areas.
