This isn’t NY. If the cop told the couple to stop and they didn’t, then it’d be disorderly conduct. But that’s not what happened in this situation.
The cops job is to maintain peace & order - they have a responsibility to serve the community. The cop kept the conflict going by returning insults and escalating the situation instead of trying to resolve it. In all honesty it’s within that couples rights to say whatever they want.

That’s good for you. Unfortunately that’s not everyone’s experience especially those who live in over-policed areas.
I've never heard of cop watches. They just spy on cops in case they do fukk shyt ?The husband and wife team are cop watchers...their videos are funny as hell
It’s a private establishment technically they don’t have a right to say what they want.. but like I said this is in MD.. the cop told them exactly what law they were breaking and told to leave the premises and you clearly hear the camera man say fine I’ll go across the street
But I see you trying to be a contrarian when you clearly see the couple started the shyt first.. Cop minding his business not bothering anyone
I’ll let you cook tho
It’s a public area.
Again, public disturbance is a “catch all” threat that cops use. Unless he asked them to stop then they have no leg to stand on.
A lot of dumb ass cop apologist posting here lol. When you take an oath to be a public servant nikkas dont have to just “mind their business” when you make a living on tax payers dime lol. These pigs out here lockin folks up for the most minimal shyt you cant tell them to just mind their business![]()
I guess the question is how often do you interact with police? Even in the most over policed communities theres like 15 cops for every 100,000 people or some shyt. That's more than enough room to move around and not interact.
I drive every single day of my life. I got pulled over about a year or 2 ago and that was the first time I was pulled over in like 5+ years. I was speeding and he caught me. I go out to eat, I go to bars (I dont drink but I hang out with friends and family), I go to concerts and comedy shows, I shop, I go to public events like minor league and major League baseball games, plus I ride the bike trail, hunt, hike, fish and for whatever reason as much as I am outside and in the public my number of interactions with the police, (whom I distrust)are minimal, if not extremely minimal.
Like I said I see them every single day. I don't say hi to them or shake their hands nor do I turn my back and walk the other way. I simply live my life.
What was the public area? The definition of disorderly conduct is pretty clear.. do you want me to post it? LoL
