That's it. Three times out of the 7 days in a week. The other days just do Yoga or Pilates or something.
I'm tired of hearing these big women complain...you are your own worst enemies and the rest of ya'll non-fat women be gassing them up by telling them that they're not fat. YES THE fukk THEY ARE. The scale says they are and their fukking doctor says they are and I know that their doctor says they are because females go to the doctor more than dudes dude and I guarantee that the doctor has told you that you need to lose weight in order to not only have children but for your own health.

She's not obligated to be nice to men who are attracted to her, but men who aren't attracted to her have to be nice or else it speaks volumes on their character?
They treat her like that because men learn at an early age that when meeting a group of females if you are nice to the fat/ugly one they will quickly try and claim you and then the girl you wanted to get at wont mess with you out of respect for her friend. So the best thing to do is to just pretend like the fat/ugly girl doesnt exist.
She would look aight if she lost weight. Her face would lose that eggplant shape she got going on right now.

If she too lazy to work out like I was she should try being addicted to weed.
