Just as I thought. This interview was before The Great Depression dropped, so it had to have been 01. shyt was brewing for a minute.
I'm not sure if I believe the story, but I agree RR wouldn't have let Joe try to violate X. So if it did happen, it probably was during when X fell out
I'm pretty sure it happened, probably just more sensationalized because of the case
But I can 100% see a scenario where DMX disrespected a TS member and Fat Joe telling TA and Raul to go press X about it. X was really a wild nikka lol so bringing a gun was probably thought to be necessary because he was unpredictable.
