To me both are the same level as producers (Quik produced a lot of sit he doesn't get credit for) but Quik has the edge because he actually plays the instruments (Quincy played trumpet) and has produced music outside of Hiphop/R&B like Reggae.

But man...I never seen this nikka do NOTHING technical when it comes to being in the studio making music, so I still don’t honor whatever the fukk he do.
