people love to hate on joe but honestly I was just watching him and jadas last pod and its REFRESHING how much he respects hip hop AND talks about it and all the classic rather than a lot of these pods that just gossip about girly chit today

Its also overlooked that he was actually in the mix. The outlaws said he held Pac down, yet ppl call cap. He was cool with Big. Its bit far fetched that they wanted to do a joint album. Diddy probably wouldn't have approved, but Im sure they hung out in the studio at some point.

Anybody that's been around Joe or has seen him forever, knows he's always been like this. It's not a schtick. Joe's always told stories. Most rappers do.

And nobody tells stories and has to "provide proof" of what they say. If you can't tell sh*t that's happened in your life and just talk, without somebody wanting receipts, that would be corny AF. It's corny to ask for "proof".

Plenty of legends back Joe's stories, but they shouldn't have to. If you don’t believe what a rapper is saying, keep it pushing. But this thing where people are actually mad or bothered by a dude talking about his own life is weird. Bro's been rolling with and around legends since the late 80's. I was speaking in general.

Big Daddy Kane spoke on this recently. He said people hate on Fat Joe, but it's always people that weren't there. He said, "I can personally speak on what Joe says because I always saw him there and know he's certified." But it's always some random bum or weirdo sitting on a couch somewhere trying to discredit actual legends who've done the work to get where they are today.

Joe has always told these funny and wild stories. That's why I said it's not a new thing. He was doing this when he was popping up on underground radio shows in the mid-90's. He does it in person too. He just has a bigger platform today. So for people who are new to him, it may look like a schtick. But it's not. Which is what the legends keep saying over and over again. This is how he really is. Nothing fake about it.
